Do we offer refunds?
No credits, refunds, or exchanges are honoured with any online course or ebook.
This is because all sales are final, as digital content has been released. -
Are Lash Prodigy courses nationally accredited?
Our courses are NALA and Lash Inc accredited which is the highest level of accreditation in the lash industry, and also internationally recognised.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion of the course?
You will receive your certificate once your trainer has passed you on your final exam submission.
You may need to submit more than 2 exams depending on your level of competency. -
What happens after I complete my course?
You will have constant support from Lash Prodigy. As you can contact us at any time with any questions you may have.

What happens if I don’t pass the final exam?
There is no need to worry!
You can retake your final exam as many times as you need until your trainer feels you are ready to graduate from our Academy. -

All online training is held within your learning portal.

How long do I have to complete my course?
You can take as long as you need as this is a self-learning course which you can study and learn at your own pace.
You do not have an expiry on your course, so you can take a break if you need and resume later!
